Contracts

All Contracts for Employment must be defined within a contract for services.  Please contact Ms. Stein for a copy of our standard consulting contract.

Retainers

Our time is limited and when we agree to spend it with you, we can't spend it with someone else.  Retainers are customary and expected, and scheduled time that is not honored is forfeited.

Interview, Analysis & Strategic Planning - $175.00 per hour

Many businesses may visit and advise you of a plan of action and what they sell to you is that they are the best person to do the job, as though what the job needs to be is already more than obvious.  Perhaps this is true for a lot of services that are more tangible, but part of what makes Legacy Strategic Development unique is the ability to ask the right questions, see the way the puzzle pieces look individually and then where they really need to fit.

Short Term Execution & Implementation - $75.00 per hour

Sometimes the problem to be solved is pretty straight forward, and it doesn't take that long to get take the plan and put it into place.  Maybe you already had the plan defined, and you were looking for someone else to put it into action. 

Technical Writing $65.00 per hour

Long Term Execution & Implementation $50.00 per hour

Occasionally the plan we envision has multiple levels of execution, may have the requirement to do additional planning and analysis, and may take many months or even a year to implement.  It may require that I give you most of my time to achieve your objectives.  In those cases, a long term contract can be negotiated

Marketing Development (Collateral & Websites) $50.00 per hour
