Analysis From our strategic definition we travel from the esoteric to the concrete execution of our plan. The first thing we must do is to find out if there is parity between what you believe about your products and services and their value to your customer base. By interviewing your customers, vendors and employees about their experiences with your company we discover if what you perceive about your strengths and value are actually what your customers most appreciate. If discrepancies do exist, we adjust our strategic vision before we move forward, and fine tune what we've already determined to be our objective. We look at what your sales and marketing divisions promise your customer base about their experience with your company. Again, we look for consistency between what you represent and what is actually delivered. Weak links in the delivery process are strengthened or redefined in order to make sure that the company keeps the sales team's integrity intact. We define how customer expectations can be properly developed so that they are aware of their role in the product delivery process and that they are aware of their responsibilities to your business relationship. We make sure that you and your customers share the same definition of success. If your product and services are new, we begin by charting the operational flow of delivering the product, and then defining what we promise about our products and services to our customers. We put additional reviews in place to be sure that your company stays in tune with the changing needs of your clientele.
